PS5: How to Get the PSVR Free Adaptor Posted: 08 Jan 2021 11:42 AM PST Sony has detailed how owners of PlayStation VR will be able to acquire a free PlayStation Camera adaptor to allow their virtual reality headset to work with PS5. The first step is to visit the Sony support page for owners of a PS VR headset (Models CUH-ZEY1 or CUH-ZEY2) and request the PS4 PlayStation Camera adapter to work on PS5. If you weren't aware, the PS5's HD Camera is not compatible with the original PSVR, so this will be the only current option for those looking to bring their PSVR with them to the next-generation. [ignvideo url="https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/10/28/ps5-official-launch-trailer-featuring-travis-scott"] Once received, you can plug the PlayStation Camera adaptor into the USB Type-A port in the back of your PS5 console, and then connect the PlayStation Camera to the AUX port on the adaptor. If you want to grab one of these adaptors, you'll need to provide your PSVR processor unit serial number, first name, last name, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Your serial number can be found on the rear panel of the PSVR processor unit. Only one PlayStation Camera adaptor can be redeemed per household. All regions should be eligible, but check the support page to make totally sure. [widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=top-25-psvr-games&captions=true"] The PlayStation Camera Adaptor will be covered by a manufacturer's warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery. The Internet Goes Wild for a Pokemon Pillow Where You Put Your Head in Gengar's Mouth Posted: 08 Jan 2021 10:18 AM PST The Pokemon Company and P-Bandai have announced a new Gengar pillow that allows you to rest your head inside Gengar's mouth and people are very excited about it...for reasons. There's no judgment here though — everyone has those days where you just want to go home and curl up inside the head of the totally-sweet-and-not-at-all-scary Pokemon, Gengar. Thanks to The Pokemon Company and P-Bandai, that's now possible with their new Gengar pillow cushion for the price of 25,950 yen, or $249.54. The pillow sold out in just over an hour, as noted by Pokeshopper, but perhaps a second wave of pillows will be announced. Not only can you rest your head inside this Gengar's pillowy mouth, but you can use the cushion's 5 feet, 5 inches long tongue as a blanket to wrap yourself up in or lay on for additional comfort. As you might expect, the internet is going wild for this new pillow and there are already plenty of memes, jokes, and fears circulating social media. Here are just a few of IGN's favorites:

Oh, God, he can't hear me! The void of Gengar's maw is plugging his ears! pic.twitter.com/W7WsvT3K9n — Tom Fawkes (@TomFawkes) January 8, 2021 "Rumor has it that its gigantic mouth leads not into its body, filled with cursed energy, but instead directly into the afterlife," reads the Pokedex entry for Gengar in Pokemon Sword. So maybe reconsider before putting your head in. The Pokemon Shield entry says, "it lays traps, hoping to steal the lives of those it catches" and that "if you stand in front of its mouth, you'll hear your loved ones' voices calling out to you." If you're going to stick your head into this Gengar pillow's mouth, maybe consider not doing it alone. [widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=every-ign-pokemon-review-ever&captions=true"] This isn't the first time The Pokemon Company has created a very expensive Pokemon plush. Check out this IGN unboxing of a $500 life-sized Mareep plush. Be sure to check out these adorable Pokemon Sword and Shield plushies after that.
