Sonic Frontiers is easily one of the most anticipated titles of 2022 and is currently scheduled to be released in "holiday 2022". If you have been wondering about its development status, it seems it's still on track for a release later this year - with the game recently being rated in South Korea. Hideki Kamiya: Nintendo Hasn't Ever Asked Platinum To Cover Up Bayonetta Posted: 24 Jul 2022 12:30 AM PDT Kamiya responds to "Naive Angel Mode" speculation. Earlier this month, Bayonetta 3 caused a bit of a stir - revealing the inclusion of a "Naive Angel Mode", which allows players to toggle between more or less revealing character outfits. It's led to some speculation and theories that Nintendo might have had a say in this decision, but apparently not. According to Bayonetta's creator Hideki Kamiya, Nintendo didn't make any specific requests to include a mode like this, and the only time it did supposedly provide feedback related to the amount of skin on display, was when it thought Bayonetta's Legend of Zelda Link themed outfit should have actually been a little more revealing. PlatinumGames Hints At Another Project G.G. Reveal Next Year Posted: 23 Jul 2022 07:30 PM PDT It's preparing a new IP & several unannounced titles, too. PlatinumGames, the Japanese video game company known for the upcoming release Bayonetta 3, made headlines earlier this week when it hired Nintendo veteran Takao Yamane as Vice President and Chief Business Officer. Now, in the same Famitsu interview (translated in a round-up courtesy of Ishaan via Install Base), Platinum's plans for the year ahead have kind of been revealed - with Yamane suggesting fans could see more of the mysterious new game Project G.G. next year around the time of June.
